Our Returns Policy

 

We offer a full refund policy. If the item is sadly not for you and you require a refund please return it within 14 days.

 

Where an Item requires exchanging for another item or you wish to simply return your item for a refund, please send it ONLY via the post office signed for or tracked delivery option to:

PLEASE NOTE:

 

• We will not take responsibility for any lost items unless they have been sent via tracked or signed for recorded delivery.
• Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be sent
• Returned items must include tags and be returned as NEW ONLY, any damage/wear/odours/marks/stains sadly will not be accepted.
• Returned items must be packaged securely for protection
• Refunds will be made via Bacs, less any postal charges incurred.
• Faulty / Incorrect items – In the unlikely event you discover damage or have received and incorrect item please inform us by email to       info@wooly-maids.co.uk attaching images.
